1.Full registration fee covers :(Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on Jan. 26-28. + 2 coffee breaks,1 lunch, 1 dinner on Jan 27 + conference kits 2.Tutorials should be registered individually. 3.Tutorial Registration includes: all tutorials sessions + lunch on Jan 26. 4.If the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 5.Students registration applicant should provide student identity. 6.Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir.. will be provided on conference site. 7.Bank charges borne by the applicant. 8.The papers will be published on line. 9.For "No shows", registration fee is nonrefundable. 10. Cancellation policy: Applicant should send the refund/cancellation requests before 21 Nov. 2017. cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. NO refunds can be provided after this date.
After the registration fee is paid, you must fill out and submit the registration form to conference email box
Please read"Guidance for submitting abstracts".the submitted abstract should contain a sufficient summary of the paper and outline of goals, results and conclusion, including conveying sufficient understanding when read in isolation from the paper
Paper acceptance criteria
*Papers that do not contain an original research contribution will be rejected. Papers that are so badly written as not to be understandable will be rejected, as well as papers where authors engage in extensive self-plagiarism.
*All submitted papers will go through a double-blind reviewing process by at least 3 reviewers drawn from the chairs of committees. if you don’t want to publish any paper, you are welcome to join the conference as presenter, listener.
